Windsor Hills is a 5 star community with amenities of an exceptionally high standard.
The following amenities are provided by the association:
- A large clubhouse including a free movie theater, welcome center, video arcade, games room, fitness center and the Windsor Hills Market
- A large lagoon style pool with waterslide
- A Hot Tub
- Sporting facilities including table tennis, a putting green and volleyball, basketball and tennis courts
- Children’s Playgrounds located throughout the Resort
The Welcome Center
Find the staff here happy to help you with your needs regarding the Community Center. You’ll find an Internet Business Center here for your use. This is also the place to reserve sporting facilities and obtain equipment or find the schedule for films being played at the Community Cinema
Windsor Hills Market
Located at the Clubhouse, the Market carries a wide range of products to fill immediate needs of guests. The market also offers freshly cooked hot meals and snacks, along with a great selection of beers and wine.
Seating to enjoy your food and beverages is located next to the Community Pool.
The Games Room
Just inside the breezeway at the Clubhouse is the game room and video arcade. Coin op pool tables, air hockey, basketball and several video games. This is also the entrance to the Movie Theater, Fitness Center, ATM, DVD rentals and a change machine.
The Movie Theater
One of the unique amenities available for your use is the Windsor Hills Movie Theater. The theater is located just inside the Clubhouse and is accessed through the Games Room. Movies are played through out the day . Guests can view a current list of over 600 movies and make requests at the Welcome Center.
The Lagoon Pool
The Windsor Hills community pool is a beach style pool with all the “extras” you expect in a five-star vacation resort. Dancing waters are a favorite for the smaller children, while the huge twisting Dual Waterslide (opening spring 2018) provides a thrill for everyone. Behind the pool area, you will discover the hot tub lagoon spa secluded by lush landscaping.
The pool is located just behind the Clubhouse. Guests and owners must use the code number issued by our security officers to enter the pool area. Pool and slide hours vary seasonally, so please check with the Welcome Center when you arrive for current hours.

Children’s Playgrounds
While Windsor Hills owners and guests often come to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World and the many theme parks, many have wonderful memories of the relaxing evenings spent just “staying home”! A favorite activity for children and adults alike is a visit to one of Windsor Hills several playgrounds.
Located on the corner of Dinville St and Teascone Blvd, just a short walk from the Windsor Hills clubhouse, you will find a fabulous play area for the children. The Windsor Hills Castle Playground is a unique, castle themed playground that has something for everyone! Complete with tunnels, slides, and multi-levels for climbing and exploring, there are also swings, ride-on toys and a dragon sand area to entertain the children for hours.
In addition, there are several smaller playground areas throughout the community. These are perfect for toddlers – with a small slide and climbing area surrounded by beautiful landscape and benches for mom and dad!
Note: these playgrounds are for children under 12 years of age.
Sports and Recreation
Windsor Hills offers a variety of facilities for sports enthusiasts!
Located behind the condominiums off of Comrow Street, guests will find basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, tennis courts and even a putting green!
Guests may borrow sports equipment from the Welcome Center (refundable deposit required).
Bike Rentals! An independent company will even rent you bikes, delivered to the door at Lumiere’s Lodge – have fun riding the streets and paths, or let the kids use them to head down to the Waterpark every day! https://whbikerental.com/

Perfect for that outdoor cookout or multi-family gathering, several charcoal grills and picnic pavilions are located in Windsor Hills parks for your use.
