Booking and Cancellation Policies

We’ll try our best to keep the paperwork simple. Here’s the policy for booking and securing reservations, and also the cancellation policy.

Booking a Reservation

A Security Deposit of $300 is required with all bookings.  This deposit will be refunded within 7 – 10 days after your stay (assuming no damages happen).

  • 25% of your rental fee is due upon booking.
  • The balance of your rental rate is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Bookings made less than 90 days prior to your arrival date are due in full at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Zelle (US residents)
  • Personal check (US residents, minimum 60 days prior to stay)
  • Venmo (US residents)
  • Money Order or Cashier’s Check (US residents)
  • Credit Card via Stripe (3% CC fees will be deducted from cancellation refunds)
  • Bank Wire Transfer

Cancelling a Reservation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in: full refund
  • Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before check-in:  50% refund
  • Credit Card fees incurred will be deducted from refund

Check In/Check Out

Check In is 4:00 pm

Check out is 10:00 am

We will work with you for earlier check in or later check out if it is available, however this is not possible when we have back to back stays due to the Cleaning Crew needing a fair amount of time to fully clean a house this size for you.

Amenities of the Resort are available through the full day of your check in or check out.
