Booking and Cancellation Policies

We’ll try our best to keep the paperwork simple. Here’s the policy for booking and securing reservations, and also the cancellation policy.

Booking a Reservation

A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will then serve as your security deposit when rental payment is received in full. This deposit will be refunded within 7 – 10 days after your stay (assuming no damages happen).

  • 50% of your rental rate is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
  • The balance of your rental rate is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Bookings made less than 60 days prior to your arrival date are due in full at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Paypal
  • Personal check
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Zelle (US residents)
  • Venmo (US residents)

Cancelling a Reservation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in: full refund
  • Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in:  50% refund

Check In/Check Out

Check In is 4:00 pm

Check out is 10:00 am

We will work with you for earlier check in or later check out if it is available, however this is not possible when we have back to back stays due to the Cleaning Crew needing a fair amount of time to fully clean a house this size for you.

Amenities of the Resort are available through the full day of your check in or check out.
